Coral Group believes in the 'never-ending learning' principle and has always endeavoured to prove it at all levels, from the workforce, by adopting the most up-to-date and environmentally friendly production systems, to management, by learning financial and capital strategies aimed at growth and investment optimisation.
April 2024 saw the start of the sixth edition of Elite, an ecosystem of events, workshops and training sessions aimed at the most promising companies on the Italian scene today. Among the 26 selected companies, all of which are growing and expanding in their respective markets internationally, is Coral Group.
The Group participates in Elite's entrepreneurial lounge with its key company managers, who are the only representation within this year's edition pertaining to the world of air and water treatment and purification.
The declared objective of Euronext and Intesa San Paolo (the institutions that created the initiative) is primarily the highly qualified training of SME management by lecturers from the SDA Bocconi - School of Management with a view to consolidating development and sustainability plans, but no less importance will be given to the creation of and access to a European network of entrepreneurs, institutions, top executives and investors, in order to create opportunities for entering the capital market.
The participation of a major banking group such as Intesa San Paolo as the main financier is no coincidence: it has in fact made available a 120 billion euro development plan to support medium and small-sized companies between now and 2026 in industrial, energy and digital renewal processes.
In short, this is an extraordinary opportunity that presents the Coral Group with a near future of new competences aimed at the growth of both performance and the values in which Elite is also reflected.
