After years of fruitful collaboration between Gartec Srl, the Italian leader in the production of electric and pneumatic pumps and mechanical equipment for the handling of technical fluids, and Gitec Sarl, the leading French operator in the production of fluid distribution systems (oils, greases, coolants and windscreen washer fluid) for garages and industrial vehicles, an important acquisition has been made.
The Coral Finservice S.p.A. group, through its subsidiary Filcar, has acquired the entire business to become GITEC GARTEC FRANCE.
This strategic move will allow Gartec to enter the French market directly, taking advantage of a highly qualified and established team in the sector. The operation will not only favour a more widespread presence in the territory, but will also allow the group significant organic growth, strengthening its business.
The new entity resulting from the acquisition, which will be headquartered in COSNE SUR LOIRE in central France, has integrated the Gitec brand with the name of the parent company Gartec, thus reinforcing its branding strategy. This choice aims to further enhance the Made in Italy products in the Gartec catalogue, increasing brand recognition in France and international markets.
This acquisition is part of a broader vision of international expansion for Gartec, which aims to consolidate its position as a global leader in the production of solutions for the management of technical fluids, while maintaining the innovation and excellence of its products at the centre.
