Coral Group announces the acquisition of Spiralo Italiana's operating division by Ecotrentino, a strategic move that creates Italy's leading manufacturer of industrial ducting for air treatment, pollution control, and HVAC systems.
Following the transaction, Ecotrentino, already an integral part of Coral Group and the QuickDuct project, integrates the skills, technologies, and know-how of Spiralo Italiana, a historic company and benchmark in the production of spiral pipes and metal duct systems for industrial and civil applications.
The merger was created with the aim of responding even more effectively to the needs of a rapidly evolving market that requires advanced, flexible, and sustainable solutions for air transport, industrial extraction, and emissions control.
